Like is it a gradual process like ice forming on impure water? Or more like distilled water where it freezes all at once? Could I break the egg mid boil and it would be like a gel?

Eggs Select Questions

ok but what if you eat an egg and it gets stuck in your throat but not covering your whole throat so you can still breathe? will the egg rot in your throat and give you permanent rotting egg breath???? important questions
