国鉄色復活となった2065号機が5086レで上がってくるとのことで、仕事前に撮影してきた。
まもなく冬至を迎えるので、陽が当たる場所は限られているが、天気が良ければ富士山バックで撮れる場所を選んだ。
張り詰めるほど冷え切った空気に赤く鈍い朝陽が差してきたころ、淡く染まる富士の裾から国鉄色が現れた。
