The easiest dinner to make that still has nutritional value:
jar alfredo sauce, brand doesn’t matter
get urself some sexy sexy precooked, frozen diced chicken
frozen broccoli
pasta (i like penne)
boil water, toss in ur pasta, when it’s almost done, tossed in the frozen precooked chicken. Put broccoli in a bowl, put it in the microwave with a little bit of water in it for like. Idk. 1-2 minutes? just poke it, if it’s soft you’re good. Strain the pasta n chicken, pour jar of alfredo in. Put on stove low heat for like 3 minutes & you can either have the broccoli on the side or in the alfredo, u choose. season with whatever u want, i like lots of garlic lol
Now u have something with carbs, protein, and whatever nutrients broccy has. There’s usually leftovers, just toss them in a container and reheat for lunch tomorrow
