Pikmin 2 is the best pikmin and no one can EVER change my mind on it. I see a lot of fans are divided on the game because half of them don't like the fact the time limit is gone and they say the caves are bad.
Listen I've been playing Pikmin 2 since I was a little kiddo, since 2004, I'm an old fart. So I have been there since the beginning and I have to say that it's not a bad change. Pikmin 1 and 2 are good and special in their own way. I love how Pikmin 2 feels like can just explore forever. I had all the time in the world to take in everything. And IMO the caves were THE BEST. Pikmin is a battle sim game, in the caves that put your skills to the test by preparing for battles and I KNOW how o prepare. People seem to focus on the puzzle aspect, THAT IS STILL THERE, that they forget it's still a battle sim game as well.
Some people just do not like change >:(((((
Also, Olimar and Louie are the best captains hands down.
