I just think about a professional workplace these days and if you have someone abusing their power, bullying and belittling people who canât or wonât fight back because of the power imbalance theyâre in, thatâs not only a good way to get fired, and maybe even sued, but also damage the reputation of ted, rebecca, and the entire team while youâre at it. picture the trent crimm articles about ted and rebecca having fostered a toxic workplace and propping up and abusive bully cause he was going through something. I know colin and the team forgave him after a quick (imo disingenuous) apology but itâs gonna be a big yikes from me dog.
