neat advance in edge topology from polysoup.
The R15 slide tool has a nice option called clone. It duplicates an edge selection you may have wherever you drag it. This helps with polygon modeling where in Maya you may have used the 'create edge loop' function.
UGH shot in the dark here...
Does anybody know why someone might no longer be able to edit an edge loop in Maya 2012? Â Suddenly there is this one edge loop I can't move and there are green hovering "s"s in the middle of my model and every time I google "Maya 2012 s locked" it just gives me a bunch of pages about the apocalypse.
