Ingredients: 300g spaghetti. 200g bacon, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 3 eggs. 1 cup grated cheese preferably Eden cheese. 1 cup all-purpose cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a pan, cook bacon until crispy. Remove excess oil, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan. Add minced garlic to the pan and saut until fragrant. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, grated cheese, and all-purpose cream. Pour the egg mixture into the pan with bacon and garlic. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss until well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
