if dantes steals dumas: he kidnaps dumas and dantes wants him to experience the pain dumas made him go through, tormenting him until he forces him to drink the grail mud, thus turning him into an alter and corrupted servant. he controls him, making him use his noble phantasm on him and writing him how dantes wants. 

if dumas has already been turned evil by another outside force: he is the main villain against dantes. dantes is torn between trying to protect his master and destroying this new version of dumas. dumas wishes him to join his side, and uses his knowledge of dantes to try and get him to do so. “i know you better than anyone else.” when dantes chooses to save guda instead of fighting, dumas tells him he’s grown soft, and demands to see the demon he created.
