Each week you starve yourself you loose 10 pounds. This is 100% becaus i have done it and it works. Right now I have a goal to loose 70 pounds in 2 months which is very reachable. Just dont eat and always have water with you and gum. Occasionaly eat a fruit or small vegetable every day to ease yourself into starving. The first week or so you will feel really tired and hungry, but to ignore that, make sure you are always keeping busy. Draw, go on a walk, clean, something that requires you not to sit for a long time. Every couple days, go to the mirror and see if you can spot any changes in your body. Thats the funnest part, knowing everyday your losing a pound or so. People will start asking if you lost weight at around the 2nd week of starvinf. Its a great feeling honestly. Maybe its not the healthiest method to lose wieght, but the end results are worth it.
