Good points. I've been obese most of my life so my view is also skewed on this topic - not triggering, but skewed. BMI is def BS. They took on this epic conceptual idea of supporting women, which is great, but in practice, as you point out, difficult to do considering people's individual physical and mental health concerns.

When we had settled down at our table and ordered I realised how weird I felt. I was getting that strange pain in my stomach region again but I sipped at my water and hoped it would pass.

They floated on the ceiling, each with a silver ribbon attached, making clouds of pink and lavender that threatened to escape into the atmosphere if she opened the door. Kate smiled, wondering how long it had taken Tom to inflate 100 balloons after she had gone to bed. He never ceased to amaze her with his endless energy.
