2016 HIGHLIGHTS
2016 offered me experiences from which I learned something new that will always stay with me. I can really say that it was a great year because I had the opportunity to make some trips with my friends and family, I went to see Coldplay and had the best summer ever. I spend all my summer in Irapuato, Guanajuato and dedicated to God. I got closer to him and every day we did apostolates to help the one’s in need. You never realize how blessed you are until you get out of your bubble and see the others problems. I saw how God asks each one of us to be his instrument and predicate his enormous love and also how much he love each one of us. I met a lot of girls from all the country that came to be like sisters for me. This will be something I will always remember and if I could I would do it again
How does ECyD changes your life:
ECyD is an international Catholic association of youth who participate in programs or activities that sparks specific experiences, convictions and decisions that mark their Christian way of life and encourage them to build a lasting friendship with Christ and be his apostle. It is the way Regnum Christi seeks to respond to the needs of today’s youth. The name ECyD stands for “experiences, convictions and your decisions”. Ultimately, the goal of ECyD is to mark the Christian way of life of adolescents with a lasting friendship with Christ and with apostleship. Adolescence is a time of self-discovery, so ECyD helps them discover who they are and their purpose in life by helping them ask the questions that reveal their needs and the path that God sets before them.

As some of you may remember, last summer I spent six weeks in Oxford, Michigan serving as an ECyD missionary. Well, I have decided to give a second summer, and today I found out I'm going to New Orleans, Louisiana!! I'm so unbelievably excited. I don't leave until June, but I wanted to tell you guys. :) Please pray for me and all the missionaries who will be joining me! I will be praying for all of you.
