Today the #firstteaofmyday is the @ecochateas ying xiang mountain black with 12yr aged #cheddar from #hookscheese it's tasty, not my favorite aged cheddar ever, but I do really like how sharp it is and the texture. I'm more used to aged Cheddar's being hard, full of crystals, and tangy. Not the best tea pairing either, but I'll be visiting the local tea place today and getting some Yunnan goodness it all goes well. #tea #cheese #teaandcheese #ecochateaclub #taiwanesetea

Drinking @ecochateas #hongshui from the #ecochateaclub (a while ago!) With a sprinkle of @mountainroseherbs #meadowsweet flowers. It's a fun flavor combo, meadowsweet is pretty potent on its own so I like it blended, fun fact, meadowsweet has salicylic acid which was synthesized into aspirin, the flowers were used to keep a room smelling good, added to foods to give them a sweet almond taste/aroma, and of course back in the day before aspirin people chewed the roots to help with headaches.
