Thank Origin it was only the first floor that needed to be fixed and not the ENTIRE PLACE like last time. Even so, Emil was cutting it close with Christmas right around the corner. Wiping down the counter, he hopped over and opened the doors with a little more force that usual with a standable chalkboard with specials pre-written on them. He only stopped when a loud thunk from when the doors flew open and slowly put the stand down and looked around said door.
Only to see that it was Echo, after so long and panicked. What a way of meeting someone after so long!
“I’m so sorry! We really need to stop meeting like this....” Crouching down, he held out his hand to her.
