The only reason Nine doesn't have as many fans as the other two recent Doctors is because he wasn't "hot."
Well y'know, he was quite possibly one of the best Doctors the series has had. Maybe he wasn't so supremely gifted in the looks department, but it was the personality he brought to the Doctor and the fantastic acting that makes him absolutely irresistible to me
