[Unlike many fantasy fans my age, I never saw Willow as a kid, only as an adult, so I appreciate its charms on a conceptual level more than actually enjoying it as a narrative. One of the things I do like about it, or at least find amusing, is how salty George Lucas was at film critics at the time. The “eborsisk”, a two-headed monster whose heads keep fighting with each other, is named after Siskel and Ebert. And the sinister general, the Darth Vader of the piece, is named General Kael, after the critic Pauline Kael (who famously didn’t like Star Wars). The eborsisk in the movie is created when Willow messes up a spell to kill a troll, hence why I gave them wild magic effects.]
Eborsisk
CR 11 CE Aberration
This creature looks something like a two-headed dragon, but its features are decidedly odd. Its heads have bulbous wrinkly noses and throat pouches, and manes of scraggly hair hang from their long necks. It has two enormous arms in front, and its body dwindles behind it, ending in six small stumpy legs.
An eborsisk is an aberrant beast that seems in many ways to be a dragon mimic. It is roughly dragon shaped, and can breathe fire, but lacks the intelligence and magical prowess of a true dragon. It is believed that the first eborsisk was created through some sort of spell mishap. Although they are two headed, the heads do not get along well with each other, and often snap at one another or fight over prey.
Eborsisks are predators and scavengers, and often will follow slowly behind armies or herds in order to feast on the fallen or laggards. Their very presence causes magic to warp and malfunction in strange ways, and they seem to seek out magical auras. One head can use its breath weapon while the other head tries to bite, and they prefer to fight smaller creatures that they can pluck up and swallow whole. Unlike many fire breathing creatures, they are not themselves invulnerable to fire.
An eborsisk can survive a long time between meals, but tends to glut itself when food is readily available. They sleep in wallows dug out of mud—such areas may be littered with indigestible objects regurgitated up by the eborsisk in pellets. On the rare occasions that eborsisks come into contact with each other, they typically spar and bellow, inflating their nose and throat pouches in an attempt to be intimidating.

Twin Heads (Ex) Whenever an eborsisk makes a full attack action, it can use its breath weapon or make a combat maneuver check to swallow a grabbed opponent instead of making a second bite attack. Alternatively, it may swallow a grabbed opponent with one head and use its breath weapon with the other head as a full attack action. An eborsisk that grabs a foe two or more sizes smaller than it is not considered to be grappling.
Wild Magic Aura (Su) Any time a creature uses a spell or spell-like ability within 60 feet of an eborsisk, they must succeed a caster level check (DC 15 + the level of the spell) or a wild magic effect is created in place of the intended spell.
