I've had an account since Jan 2015, mostly lurked, haven't been able to bring myself to want to post there genuinely. I've been lucky to get premium for free a few times over the years, applied to thousands of jobs since creating the account, and I don't think I've had a single call back or anything from that site.

I lurk and it feels like a void of fake people, fake job listings, corporate circle jerking, pick me type recruiters always trying to throw b2b sales motto's on some "relatable" post.

The slap in the face part is, whenever I do end up in a decent contract or job, the people are insufferable at worst or incompetent at best. Either nepotists that are unqualified for their roles but got in because their parental unit is a director at the company (haha @ my last job at this funeral home org,) or people who's mothers didn't incubate them long enough to know how to act right outside of their homes, let alone a corporate setting.
