Vodka 30 ml
Sugar syrup 15ml
Coffee liqueur 60ml
Esspresso 15-30 ml
Method
1. Add all ingredients into an EMPTY Boston shaker - shake lightly until foam forms (be careful as some liquid escapes the seal when there’s no ice)
2. Add ice to the shaker, fill half way before shaking vigorously for 30 seconds
3. Strain into a martini glass

15ml lime juice

3-5 mint leaves
45ml vodka OR white rum
Soda water or lemonade

Method

In a Boston shaker half filled with ice, add in your ingredients

BOTCHED SPRITZ
30ml peach syrup
60ml cranberry juice
Sparkling wine
Lemonade

Method
1. Add your peach and you cranberry to your chosen glass- and fill halfway with ice
2. Swirl the ice to help mix and dilute the peach with the cranberry
3. Top up with equal parts sparkling wine and lemonade (or whatever ratio is to your liking)

Ingredients
2 tsp sugar
10-15ml lime juice
(Can be lemon juice for lemony’ade)
30-45ml vodka or white rum
(Spiced tequila works too for more of a kick)

Ice (roughly a quarter (or less) of your chosen glass)

1. Add your lime juice and sugar and stir until as desolved as possible

INGREDIENTS
20ml Chili infused tequila
15ml Lime juice
15ml Triple sec
15ml Sugar syrup

Replace triple sec with orange juice

5. Garnish with lime wheel

90ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut
10-15ml sugar syrup
45ml white rum
Blend until you see consistency and then pour over poco grade glass. Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry
OR
Fill a Boston shaker half way with ice

Pour without straining into either a highball or a poco grande glass
Garnish with cherry or pineapple wheel
