This tasty and creamy dip is a great addition to your Easter cheese board. It's simple to make and goes well with many kinds of dippers.
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup chopped green onions. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until they are well blended. Move the mix to a bowl for serving. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so the flavors can mix. On your Easter cheese board, serve with different kinds of crackers, breadsticks, and vegetable sticks.
