Now that I finished quilting each individual block I have started putting them together. I watched a few videos on how to do it and I think I’ve got it figured out. For the size I’m making I’ll do 6 strips of 6 blocks, then use the same sashing method to connect them. I’m so amazed by this method that I’m thinking about blowing the dust off a blog site I’ve been paying for for two years (and haven’t posted a single thing on) and posting about it. Also, I somehow miscounted the number of blocks I made. I have 51, not the 50 I thought I had. I’ll only be using 36 in this quilt so I’ll have 15 to use to make other things with. Not sure what yet though. Bags, table runners, wall hangings. I’m saving the prettiest blocks for those projects. #quiltasyougo #leafquilt #quiltblocks #freemotionquilting #easierthanexpected #possibleblogpost #fabric https://www.instagram.com/p/CBv-d3oDz8h/?igshid=1kizv4d0c1at2
