Hey, based on the other ask, I had to buy the cheapest affordable tablet that was worth it for me and I highly recommend One by Wacim, or anything in the wagon CTL or Wacom pen series. They are older wacoms, but work perfectly and do the job. All very simple and easy to use and the cheapest worth going for ! If you need a direct link to anything, I can help
In terms of art programme medibang is free, and closer to a CSP remake. I'd recommend that if you'd like something such as CSP but can't afford it. Secondly there is Kirita which is free, it's good but I'd say not as good as medibang. I personally use a paint tool sai 2 which I found a free link for online. It is all down to preference. I recommending buying as a fundamental, but as I couldn't afford it and download it too I won't tell you not to either and can provide you with the same link I used
