what i can say is ummm . the first five tags are the ones that your post will show up in. i think "artists on tumblr" is supposed to be a good one? i also like to tag "oc" sometimes when i remember,, or "furry" ig??? just make sure all of your tags are relevant or else u will be popped for spam .

otherwise um. make a dedicated art sideblog as an easy archive and reblog your stuff onto ur main occasionally !!!!! and reblog other ppls art too it's fun to collect art u like :)

In terms of art programme medibang is free, and closer to a CSP remake. I'd recommend that if you'd like something such as CSP but can't afford it. Secondly there is Kirita which is free, it's good but I'd say not as good as medibang. I personally use a paint tool sai 2 which I found a free link for online. It is all down to preference. I recommending buying as a fundamental, but as I couldn't afford it and download it too I won't tell you not to either and can provide you with the same link I used
