Mood Music: Genesis Ch 1 V 32 by Alan Parsons Project

If I don’t post this all in one go then I’ll never work up the nerve to post it. 

Rue 

They/them(Genderless) - Asexual Aromantic - Heterochromatic Aura(Red and Cyan) 

Adoptive sibling of Anima. 

God of death, destruction, and endings. Powers are largely unknown. Weapon is a misericorde. 

Rue’s battling style is quick and lethal. They aim to end a fight in as short a time and expending as little energy as possible. They are not very flashy, and don’r rely on deceptions-- only their own speed, skill, and strength. And they have all three in spades. 

The only Dyvine with a heterochromatic, or unstable, aura. Little is known about Rue, beyond how they take their job as a death god very seriously and are rarely seen. It is known that Rue is very close to both their sibling Anima and their nephew Morpheus, and has a somewhat antagonistic relationship with their niece Selene. 

But the sound of the crowds when they come to see me now is not the same

Selene 

She/her - Dislikes labels, but shows no interest in a romantic or sexual relationship - Red aura

Daughter of Anima and Elias. Twin sister of Morpheus. Niece of Rue. 

Goddess of fantasy, delusion, and creativity. Powers include the creation of hallucinations and illusions. Weapon is a comically oversized hammer. 

Battling style is the weirdest combination of trickery and brute force that you’ve ever seen. 

Selene is flashy, flamboyant, and outgoing. But despite her talkative and friendly exterior, there is only one person who she truly counts as a friend, and actually opens up to. She is disorganized and messy. Though she is very creative and inventive, she lacks the focus to complete any project she begins. She loves ironic punishments, and has a somewhat twisted sense of humor. She’s a fairly emotional person, tending to react based off of intuitions and her feelings in the moment rather than logic. 

Selene is fidgety. She tends to fidget with her bracelets a lot. 

Hi there! 

My name is Nympha. And there’s something very important I’d like to tell you all. 

...Sometimes everything feels like it’s getting worse. Like people are selfish and cutthroat, whether it’s things happening in the news or your own life. 

It gets hard to keep hold of your integrity. They’re getting ahead in life by taking advantage of your kindness, your attempts to help... So why should you keep letting them? 

...It seems like there’s no reward for being a good person sometimes. But... there is. 

Maybe there’s someone else like you. Someone wondering if they should become more jaded, more selfish. Maybe they’ll see you, remaining kind and idealistic despite knowing full well how dark the world can be. 

Or even better-- people will see how strong you are, how inspiring you are, how many people admire you for your kindness and positivity, and they’ll be inspired to try and become better too! 

It will take time. It will take a lot. And sometimes it seems like no one’s watching. Does it matter how you act if no one’s watching? 

But people are watching, and supporting, and admiring you. You’re never alone, even if some of us are silent. 

You can shine like a candle. And like a candle, you can light others. 

Death is only the end if you assume the story is about you.
