Well,

Frist he strangles Will, realizes what he has done but it never gets addressed. Not when he wakes up and not when they needed to evacuate.

then in the stag arc he pushes Will forward leading to him later on being impaled by the stag. -Mind you Will is trying to make him and Monty leave the situation in the beginning. ( he did not tell Monty once He told him TWICE )

But Monty doesn't listen and when its finally over... BOOM another problem, no time for Monty to sit with his emotions right?

this time he takes Will to the woods and tries to kill him, he fails. We can see in some panels he feels sympathetic and maybe guilty, but yet again WE STILL don't see that his remorse, regrets, and guilt eating him up, -we have the tension, he has made so many mistakes, and yet we are tippy toeing around the baby steps of his redemption arc.

and the part I fear the most the part that might genuinely hurt me that ( I think @m1xieup, brought up in one post Idk I don't remember exactly I tried to find it but couldnt :(( ) is that R&F MIGHT use Will to help Monty with his redemption arc in the expense that Will may not get as much flashback time or time in general to explore and develop his character or my thoughts is that if he does it'll be just about Johnny because Johnny reminds him so much of Monty. Sort of dwindling his character down into 'character Y thinks only about character Z' (*cough*annabel *cough*)

Which is something I do not want, Will is a very complex and intresting character who brings a lot of mystery into the story specture-wise. I honestly want to watch his character develop but with this cycle of fear and abuse (w his relationship with monty) and the spotlight on Monty redemption arc a part of me has a lot of doubts.
