Mod mentioned dysphorifluid/flux in the pinned post and I'm curious to know what that is because I've never heard that term before but it sounds like something that would be more accurate to me than full-on dysphoric
Dysphorifluid/fluid dysphoria: when what youβre dysphoric about changes frequently. Ex: being dysphoric about masc things one day and then dysphoric about fem things the next day.
Dysphoriflux/fluctuating dysphoria: when the intensity of your dysphoria changes frequently. Ex: having low/no dysphoria and then a couple hours later feeling very very dysphoric over the same thing.
You can also be both of those things! Itβs called dysphorifluix/dysphorifluidflux and refers to someone whose dysphoria changes in focus and intensity.
