Yes we do! It’s ba (or ba’, there are no clear rules because it’s slang). It’s a short form of “bara” (only, just).

“Och han ba “jag är oskyldig””

“And he was like “I’m innocent””

You can also use it even if you’re not quoting what anyone said. Then it emphasizes that it was a little random, impulsive, unplanned or unexpected.

“Och sen ba gjorde jag det”

“And then I just did it”

5. tv show of the year?i kinda suck at watching tv shows, so it’s gonna be hard. i’ve seen riverdale, tho, and it had nice aesthetics. also a bit of b99, which was even better. 

12. talk about a new friend you made this yeari’ve made quite a lot of friends, so i’m gonna write a sentence or two about each of them, bc i just can’t choose. 

first there’s this cute artist girl who takes the best selfies and knows all about zodiac. then a guy that knows how duck’s penis looks like (we bonded over this sacred knowledge) and makes a lot of puns. my fellow gay that wears the best socks; a girl with turquoise streaks in her hair and a burning passion for musical theater. a wlw who can’t type. cutie with amazing cooking skills and pale pink vibes. amazingly smart scorpio. and like 32 stray cats i got to pet.

13. how was your birthday this year?i actually had to check if i had any notes from that day bc i literally don’t remember. turns out i went to the museum to see axolots, but the museum was closed. bc it was monday. i learnt that most museums are closed on monday that day.
