Just installed the Wixey digital planer readout on the DW735. Its incredibly accurate, and easy to install. Once installed, it takes seconds to calibrate it, and allows you to measure the thickness of your boards, as well as telling you what your current thickness is set at, and the ability to select specific increments to remove from the wood. #woodworking #wixey #dewalt #dw735

I made two versions of the video, showing the installation of the Byrd Spiral cutter in the DW735. A shorter one, starting with a before and after cut, and then only showing the installation. The other version, has a longer lead in, showing the maintenance with waxing it, and cleaning the rollers. I solidified my odd spot for the thickness planer, at the bottom of the rolling base for the drum sander. It's usable in this location, though potentially awkward at times. At a minimum, it makes for good storage, and helps for moving around a 92 lb unit. #dw735 #drumsander #woodworking #toolstorage
