So I'm 37 years old and have been struggling with cross-dressing for as long as I can Remember. I'm currently married and have kids and threw away every bit of that part of me at the beginning. And yes I did tell her about the cross-dressing. She hates that I dress up. I've told her once that I wanna try going out dress and she pretty much said that'd be the end of our marriage. Help me please!!!
Iâm so sorry that you are placed in that ultimatum. My ex was okay with it, and it was still a big struggle. It might be a good idea to see about working with a marriage counselor; who can maybe act as a mediator between, both you and your wifeâs, ideas, dreams, and consequences. I really donât think advice outside of seeking professional help is a good idea in this situation especially if your marriage is something that you both hope to keep intact.

is there any way to find out if anyone in your family tree is lgbt (mostly trans) cause i really need that right now, .
Considering it was extremely something that was hush, hush and was kept in the closets in families, and still is. This may be really, really hard to information to uncover. First thing Iâd see about is look for names, and then if anyone had been committed to asylumâs/ sanitariums in the past. Since it was considered a thing youâd be incarcerated for that might be your first clue to finding something.

I found out that two of my relatives were gay and one was trans in the 20s and 40s because the gay one was disowned and the trans one was sadly murdered, however they used derogatory terms for transpeople when talking about her. Look at the death records of your family, who was committed to asylums, look if someone was disowned, Â look for legal papers, letters if you can find, and maybe older relatives can tell you stuff. I learned about the gay one from my great aunt. Â

Last year I met this cis guy and he was pretty cool. We didn't hang out a lot, but I liked him. Suddenly we both sort of ghosted each other and I moved on like it was nothing. He recently hit me up asking to hang out and I said "Sure." But completely forgot about something he posted a few months ago about there only being two genders and everything else is made up. So here I sit, on my non-binary ass, slowly fading away cos I don't exist to him lol! What do I do? Be up front or ghost him?
Well if heâs cool, and chill. It might just save you some time, energy, and pain if you just flat out ask him about it. I mean, heâs either going to answer or blow it off. Life is short, donât get hung up on someone. A simple clarification question might just be whatâs needed, just donât come at it accusatory.
Let him phrase it, and ask questions. Perhaps start it with âHey, I remember a post you made a few months ago about there only being two genders. Iâm curious, if you might be able to help me understand what you mean?â
Something, along those lines. Try to keep it open. By ghosting, youâll just continue questioning âwhat ifâ, or worse. Put it to rest, and ask. As always, make sure youâre in a safe place for any sort of conversation that you believe could get heated.
