It was difficult to tell which and which were actual citizens. Half of the faces she'd seen resembled a few others, repetitive features to mask the emptiness this city actually offered. In the almost countless population, just how many of it was actually real? A half wouldn't be surprising, but in reality she'd expect more with the power the artificial gods have over all of them. She didn't bother to guess this time as she no longer saw the point behind it. Asking directly would suffice.
