The fact that Steve lived his life normally? had a kid and everything until shit hit the fan… thats just dumb(to me). For another character I can see that being a good ending, but for Steve? No. (Also the fact that they couldn’t even give him a girlfriend in his own universe and had to fuck the continuity).

Loki was apprehended immediately by the TVA right? But Steve, that already changed the timeline at least twice, didn’t? (he fought himself from 2012 and told that Steve that Bucky was alive, and then after everything, went to have his dance with Peggy and stayed with her and had a kid…. IN THE 50s… right).

And now they’re trying to say that he went back to Bucky and Sam as an old man (How tho? If he’s from a different universe now. How did he just appear on the bench? That would have make more sense if he was at that same universe from the beginning, but they cant change the past, right? So he created or went to another universe which also is stupid bc why wasn’t he apprehended? Huh? ) KNOWING what was going to happen with the multiverse and didn’t do anything? Didn’t say anything? The man with a plan? One of the best strategists? He already fucked up, the original universe was the ‘past’ for him, so what was the problem in once again doing something stupid?

It’s obvious they did’t know what the fuck they wanted to do with the character and thats why they’re gonna add more stupid scenes to endgame. They fucked up with Steve’s ending and had to justify it saying it was an alternative Peggy from a different universe (they added the rules and they themselves broke them without thinking about it).

The concept as it is… it’s just plain up stupid and DOESNT MAKE SENSE. Canon isn’t canonin’ anymore, so they need to add more shitty scenes and beloved characters so people get excited and don’t think too much on the logic-continuity.

For the movie to make some sense (references and characters) you would need to watch like 9 shows and 10 movies (actually no, bc you need to know the context of the older movies too and if you’re new to MCU you would need to watch everything basically). And realistically? Not many ppl are going to do that bc a lot of people don’t really give a shit bout marvel after EG (with the exception of some movies/shows), thats why they need RDJ, CE and X-men characters so people get excited and go to see them. (But tbh I don’t think they will get much screen-time).

They wanted to make Steve Rogers the bad guy (Don’t tell me that they didn’t, because what the fuck was Civil War then? It was supposed to be a CAPTAIN AMERICA MOVIE. Not an Iron man movie or an avengers movie. Also the Poor Tony, Steve Bad thing. And them not telling what the accords represented was… a choice) or at least they never liked him.

And this goes for the writers and some fans. Now they hate Steve “for what he did in EG” when if you’re a fan of the character you know perfectly well that was simply character assassination. Even if you’re a Steggy shipper you can’t tell me Steve would really do that knowing the consequences.

It wasn’t only going to the past/different timeline, it was changing the lives of everyone in that universe and his own too. He lived what Thanos did… he was told the consequences… how the fuck he would do that?

He already let go of Peggy, they didn’t even date, he maybe loved her but that was in his past. He was looking forwards to his future. With his friends and in his universe and suddenly in EG he’s all ooc and no, actually? He still loves Peggy and wants to live with her (when uhhh he only kissed her once, knew she had a fulfilling life, knew what happened with Shield and everything).

Idk, not even some stucky shippers can let go of the stupid “Steve Bad” “Steve cheater” “Steve doesn’t deserve Bucky” shit.

If you have a problem with that, block me and just leave. Maybe don't send a hate anon to a minor saying to get off Tumblr (even though I am legally allowed on here, I knew that before and I posted the proof)
