Idk how I feel about the duchene trade, but I low key want to cry in a corner
Matt Duchene has always been my favourite player since I first saw him play with the Brampton Batalion back in ‘09 before he got drafted. It was the luck of the draw when he got selected by the Avs. I ironically picked the Avs as my favourite team because they won the cup the year that I was born and that was my reason and I stuck to it ever since. I know duchene has wanted out of the Avs for the past year or so, but it still sucks and I know that this sounds like a long sob story about my pathetic life and my attatchment to hockey but this just really sucks and now I’m torn if I should stick with duchene in Ottawa or still be loyal to my team. I’m really sad and hope that Matt is happy in Ottawa and gets the chance to win the cup with them❤️
