オイル交換の期にフィルターをメッシュフィルタータイプに変更した。
ebayで約1万円ちょい、国内にも取り扱い店があるようだが2万円くらいと高価。
ランニングコストの削減が目的で体感できるものではない。
何より2500円もする純正オイルフィルターをコスト的に毎回オイル交換毎に交換できないし、かといって交換しない場合画像の通りフィルターが下向きなのでドレンボルトからフィルター内の汚れたオイルが排出できず新しいオイルと混ざるのがとても嫌。
約４回再使用すれば元が取れるのでそれ以上は儲け(笑)
オイルフィルター、締めつけも手締めでOK説が一般的だがちゃんと規定の締めつけトルクがある。
これは17mmソケットで締めつけ緩めができるのでフィルターレンチ買わなくていい。
取付部のゴムパッキンは外す毎に交換推奨だが社外品なら安く済む。
中にはステンレスメッシュフィルターが入っていて外してパーツクリーナーで洗える。
いい商品だと思うがあまり話題になってない。
オールステンレス製なので少し重たいのがデメリット。
フルカウルだからつけるけどエンジンが露なバイクにはキンキラ過ぎるね。
