Ok Chanmi (SHIN YE EUN) learns that her murdered brother Park WonSeok (KANG YUL) was gay and dating a bullied kid SeJin (KANG YI SUK) that he saved. And that they were photographed in the science lab by manipulative Gi OSung (CHAE SANG WOO) who used the photos to blackmail Park WonSeok into using his superior fighting skills to bully other students making him the most hated kid in school.
Initially viewed as a suicide, since he "fell" out of a window at school. The truth is Gi OSung set up another classmate suffering from a form of Dissociative Identity Disorder in which he shared the personality of his dead twin brother.
Interesting show..which also included a small support role by OK JIN UK (he played HaeBom in BL..Cherry Blossoms After Winter)

[Dubbed Edit] To The Amazing Dubbed Voice actors
Look, I understand that everyone is sh00k for the dubbed version of Haikyuu, but try to watch the Italian dub of Voltron Legendary Defender without cringing. I dare you.
Is there any hope for an English dub of any recently ultraman movie or series
Believe it or not, Yes! In fact, earlier this year (In January) there was a dubbed double feature of Ultraman Ginga S: The Movie and Ultraman X: The Movie released to a very limited engagement in US theaters.
William Winckler Productions created the dub and marketed it. I saw the Double Feature and though I had issues with some of the voice work, most of it was very well done and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing both movies on the big screen.
I hope to see them eventually get a home video release as well as the other films Winckler is working on including a compilation of Ultra Fight Victory that was completed but not included with the Double Feature presentation. The producers are working with Tsuburaya Productions to create dubs of Mega Monster Battle: Ultra Galaxy The Movie, Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial and Ultraman Saga as well though there are no announcements as to when or how they will be released.
As for dubbed TV series, I have heard nothing on that front. The last time anyone dubbed an Ultraman series for TV was the 4Kids dub of Ultraman Tiga that aired on the Fox Box Saturday Morning TV block in the very early 2000s. It was not a very faithful dub and wasn’t even included on the DVDs of the series.
