You know, there are days when things feel so much heavier than they might be. • The semester starts today and yesterday all I could think about was, “how in the world do I do this?, how did I get through this semester let alone the last two years?” 99.9% of the time I seriously do not know or believe it. Somehow, someway I have continuously made it to this point. So I’ll keep holding on to that, I must be doing something right to get here right?! • It does not always feel that way though. Sitting in my feelings and allowing them to flourish has given me a different kind of strength. So I just take the baby steps that eventually lead to the big ones without even noticing. Anyways, I say all this to say do not allow your feelings to consume you. Sit in them, process them, voice them and work through them. Whatever you find helpful , but do not ignore them. You will realize later, how helpful it is to let go and let be. • As I go into this new semester, I am open to the possibilities and Obstacle that will arise as I get one day, week, month and semester closer to graduation.
