日頃よりソニー製品をご愛用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
弊社製のデジタルスチルカメラの一部におきまして、カメラ撮影時に「ファインダーや液晶表示部に画像が出ない、撮影できない、画面が乱れる」という症状が発生しております。
調査の結果、製品に搭載している撮像素子に、一時期製造工程上の理由で品質にばらつきがあるものが生産されたこと及び使用環境などの要因が重なり、一部の製品でこれらの症状が発生する場合があることが判明しました。
このたび、該当撮像素子が原因で上記の症状が発生した製品につきましては、弊社規定の保証期間を延長し、無償で上記の症状について修理をさせていただくことにいたしましたのでお知らせ申し上げます。
つきましては、対象製品をご使用で該当の症状が発生しているお客様、過去に上記症状で修理をされているお客様につきましては、下記窓口までご連絡いただきますよう、お願いいたします。
