Oh I don't think I have a good answer for this, unfortunately. But I'll try my best to help! ᕦ(ò_óˇ)

(For me, there's a big difference between interacting on the Internet and IRL. I'm usually ok IRL, I like to talk with people I know and with strangers, but online I usually have a hard time replying messages for some reason. I'll talk a little in general because I don't know if you mean any of those two ways of interaction in particular, or both.)

I think first you should try to think about what's keeping you from talking to other people.

Fear that they won't answer you? If you never speak to them, they will never answer you. But if you talk to them, there's a chance that they do it!

Fear of what they'll think about you? According to Google, we're 7.96 Billion People. It doesn’t matter if one (1) person thinks bad about you. ¯\_( •́ ω •̀)_/¯

Fear to say something silly? That person also says silly things at some point in their life, nobody is a robot! Except... robots. (･_ ･)

The more people you talk to, the more chances you have to connect with someone. Common interests help a lot! You can always talk about something you both like (or dislike hahah), or share your passion and ask the other person about theirs, people like to talk about what they love!

Just be yourself, and be nice. And remember that you’re valid!
