I just don't even look at the calories in alcohol because I know it will make me relapse. But I'm at a point in life where I'm so lonely and so emotionally starved that drinking rum everyday seems like hanging out with a friend who gets me.
I don't want to relapse, but I also think it's so unrealistic for me to stay healthy with how serious things have gotten. Like I have zero desire to have a warm dinner, i would rather have rum and coke zero and smoke and listen to Lana then fall asleep, wake up at noon, and cry about how unhappy I am.
Like no I don't want to think about the calories in anything because I know I will relapse. But since my spouse is on a business trip and I'm a bit upset with them rn, and lonely as shit because no friends living abroad, I am kinda excited to get back to restricting just a bit.
I really like having more calories from alcohol than food. As long as the total is around 1,000 I should lose weight. Of course exercise helps as well.
It's such a good feeling when you have βved, I mean fasted, all day just to end your fast with alcohol.
