One of my wonderful players offered to DM a Halloween one shot, so I get to play for once! This is Doctor Sawbones and she is a Gothic heroine extraordinaire. (Or at least that's what she is in my mind lol)

I recently got into Critical Role and it brought back a lot of nostalgia for the days in undergrad when I too played D&D. My two favorite characters I ever played were a halfling rogue and a drow rogue, whose names I can't remember because it was quite some time ago ;_; If I ever play again, I'd probably just rework one of them a bit and go with it. I'd love to find a DM willing to bend the drow rules a little bit so I don't have to bundle them up like some kind of Bedouin. . . . Anyway, here's the drow rogue. Her finest moment was when she and an associate pulled off a daring heist slash murder, split the loot, and vanished into the night, leaving the rest of the party to wonder what happened.
Added some color to some of the March sketches cause I’m still kind of working through some aesthetics of my campaign. Drow hair is something I love to draw, since I tend to struggle with hair and gravity and making it look good. Still struggling to do dynamic stuff other than just standard busts, but baby steps, right?
Also working on another set of NPCs for a different campaign I’d like to run (I have a lot of ambitions for someone who knows only about 6 people who want to play this game . . . ) It’s a desert setting with a 1920′s steampunk feel merged with Alexandrian Egypt. Don’t think about it too hard and it makes perfect sense.Â
A compilation of sketches from February. I’ll probably put something together for March soon. I haven’t done a lot of polished stuff, but my sketches usually look better anyway, in my opinion. I’ve been trying to do some more waist up, dynamic stuff and who better to practice with than a family of over dramatic suburban drow? XD
