all these people can focus on is the unrelated art of a jojo ship that some intern put in the background to get more eyes on the post.
i don't care if these are jokes or if they don't actually believe what they're saying. to say this at all is petty, cruel, and self-centred. this isn't just kids not knowing fandom etiquette, this is a dangerous shift in conservative values in young people. these people weren't arrested for "pdf file loli corn", they were arrested for writing about gay sex. equating the two is literally the same rhetoric the far right uses to deny queer people rights. im willing to bet a lot of these people are queer themselves if they're on a pinknews post, and the fact that they can't see their hypocrisy is actually disturbing.
