Short Sighted Motorist Mistaken A Deep Pool Of Water For A Puddle

A stricken motorist has been left without a car after he mistook a deep pool of water for a puddle. Video footage has captured the moment the man tried to park on a construction site in the Ardesen district of north-eastern Turkey’s Rize Province – with disastrous results.

CCTV from the scene shows the driver attempting to park up on a section of tarmac seemingly covered in rainwater – but it was in fact a water-filled pit which completely swallowed his vehicle.
