Netmarble had said that there would be more characters available at the official launch.
Right now, there is actually less, but! The Grand Launch is not until the 23rd. So maybe there’ll be more added to the group of 18 there?
Probably including the aforementioned Daisy. But she was available in the CBT so as for those who weren’t:
I think Ban, Gowther, Merlin and Elizabeth are contenders. My guess is at least two of the four will be available at Grand Launch. Beyond them maybe Clotho? Other than that I have no idea (Escanor will almost certainly be later) though I am hoping there will be a few more 4koa characters.
