Balance. You always hear people say life is about balance. But what does that mean exactly? Balance comes in the moments you stand up for the life you truly want by making choices that align with that life. So many outside influences can drag you in a million different directions. Distractions happen all around us and if we allow them pull us away from the life that we want to live, we will find ourselves depressed, anxious, angry, jealous, tired, stressed, etc...you get the point. When you're not lined up with what you ENVISION your life to be and where it is in REALITY, you will feel any or all of those negative emotions I stated above. For too long in my own life I allowed that to happen. There are still times when, if I'm not fully self aware, that I find myself out of balance and experiencing a life less than I want and that I deserve. My question to you all is, do you know what balance looks like for you? Do you have a solid vision for your life? What would it take to get you there? And what is your PLAN to get there?
