Yesterday’s walk for suicide prevention was a great opportunity to get outside and connect with those you love and care for. Many people are hiding under the cloak of depression and need to know that you are there for them. When they leave us so frighteningly and unexpected it leaves an emptiness in our hearts that leaves us asking why forever. Can I ask everyone to take the time to just smile at one person today?
