drawing style
I like my drawing style yet i want to improve it and have variety. Hopeful that makes sense. So if I draw Percy or any characters different, you know why.

Which part of your drawing is harder to do?
Character design?
Backgrounds?
Facial expressions and body posing?
Perspective views?
Finding the right color pallets and shading?
Storyboard?
1. Character design is really easy for me! I love designing characters, it’s very soothing and super fun!
2. Backgrounds are really tough. I can draw landscapes but anything with buildings is straight up shit lol
3. Those are really tough too. I’m good at drawing expressions except the eyes, they are the hardest. Bodies are REALLY HARD. I have to use a lot of references and posing apps for those. 😓 Dynamic poses are a nightmare.
4. I’m gettin there, but it’s pretty wonky. Again, I have to use a lot of posing apps for those.
5. Oh those are fun! A little tricky but it’s a blast!
6. Those are fun too! I love making scenes for stuff and I love animating! I’m not perfect at it, mind you, but it’s super fun!
You’re definitely starting to nail the other styles of the TMNT characters:)

Funnily enough the first TMNT that I ever drew stuff for was 2012 TMNT, so it's felt nice going back to that. I think it also fits my natural style best because they're more round/soft. I had to practice to get the Rise style down with how angular it is haha!
The Mirage style is fun, cuz I get to go ham with the shadows! And I think 2003 is the hardest for me because it's my least favorite of the styles I think, and also it's an odd middle-ground between "soft" and "hard" edges which confuses me. If I go too soft they'll start looking like the '87 turtles and I don't want that XD
Whenever I say I have a drawing style, it changes. Maybe I should stop saying that.
Can you tell me whitch of these eyes drawing styles should i use when i make drawings or you can tell tips also if you dont like any of these then im okay with it

I love art styles that are super cartoony and push the boundaries of anatomy like invader zim or like gravity falls (which i haven't seen because I'm an uncultured swine) but when I do that and im drawing anatomy all wonky I feel so weird and out of my comfort zone and then I just go back to mostly accurate proportioned comic-ish style lol maybe I just need to push through the awkward phase.. but then I'm also like YOU CAN PRY MY ACCURATE PROPORTIONS AND ANATOMY OUT OF MY COLD DEAD ANATOMICALLY CORRECT SEXY HANDS
The new style looks really good!
