Been wanting to do the one grid thing and make another realistic pic of a celeb or family or somethin. Maybe our (late) daughter for my husband, finally.♡ cuz I've been saying I'd do that as a gift for him. 😅😂
Doing realistic pics the grid way is sooo helpful. I learned it in high school art class.
So basically; you just measure you picture. Do the math (part I'm bad at, math) and break it into equal squares. Then mark em.
Then you do the lines & make a grid of it. & Just make the same grid or a proportianate one.
You just do your own drawing by looking at each square. That way your brain can break the picture down easier. You can tell if something is off easier. Its like color by number but color by square!

Draw a grid on your photo
So I don't know about you, but when I draw or paint, I sometimes used (the dreaded) grid pattern to get things more right than with eyeballing.... ANYWAY.... so I found this fantastic and easy site that you can set grids on any image and change how you want your grid to look, spacing and all that wonderful stuff... So of course I had to share.
