Okay! I am inviting all my followers (and anyone who sees this post) to participate in a drawing activity! The activity is:
Draw Pochi with your non-dominant hand!
To be clear, if you’re right-handed, draw with your left! If you’re left-handed, draw with your right! If you’re fairly ambidextrous, draw with whatever hand you use the least for drawing! Digital or on paper, anything’s good!
(I’m going to be honest, Pochi might be tough to draw even with your usual hand, but this is for fun! And stretching our skills! Also, you don’t have to try it if you don’t want to.)

Jess Smart Smiley first introduced me and my husband to comics crosswords, and it’s a frequent game we enjoy (especially in church when we need a bit of help staying awake). It goes like this: one person draws the crossword shape, and the other person comes up with the themes that must be in each comic. Then, you take turns completing the across and down comics. It’s challenging and fun!

Drawing is the best substitute for painting. It will allow seniors to express their creativity. And can make their cognitive function stronger. It has fewer materials that are needed and easy to set up.
The Pochi drawing activity is still ongoing! For at least the first ten Pochis, I will draw another off-hand Pochi in response! I decided to commit to this because I could always use more practice. Also, I’d love to see more Pochis!
