I'm also interested in a beginner's posing tutorial. I've got like 4 poseboxes and the only thing I use them for is when I take cc previews. I've never used omsp's when posing, but that would probably make it easier.

The omsps mean that they can stand closer together without doing that weird floating horizontally mid-air thing. (He says, having learned that about a week ago. =P )

I hate it when it's something (sort of) simple like that, but it takes forever to figure it out. :P But! I'm glad you got it resolved. :)

Ugh yeah, I was kicking myself. But at least I went through my defaults and changed a few things. Plus they're all super neatly named and organised now, so when I want to switch any, it'll be very easy. Not totally wasted time.

Poor kid. He's going to stroke out from the stress. ....Nah, I kid. :) I commend you for sitting through all that skilling he did. I just can't abide that. I'm too impatient, I guess.

There's a good reason that his scholarships were in logic and creativity - both of which are gained through items that give fun. xDPlus as a knowledge sim, he gets all the skill-related wants, and a lot of my playstyle is dictated by wants.

Oh agreed! Although for Erin its more about being an independent woman, keeping her identity and not caving in to the patriarchy ;) but yeah.. Beaker > Grunt anyday.

About the Dorm WIP:

I ended up doing this, partly for the reason you said, and also because I wanted to create 2 dorms with the same main architecture but different details. I’ve also been playing around with the layout of my Uni hood, trying to get something that I like, so this dorm will get proper landscaping once I’ve settled on its location! And thank you :)

Thank you. Yeah they really are, although tbh furnishing isn’t my great love anyway. I really enjoy architecture. Interior design not so much ;) I always get the building done and lose interest.

I’ve played through a semester in this dorm now, so starting to get a feel for what needs to be changed etc. One day I will crack the code and build the perfect dorm with the perfectly optimised layout.

Heh, I tend to hire maids in every hall (when I was in uni, the halls had cleaners that our fees covered), so all the books left out doesn’t bother me, and I enjoy putting in a study room and seeing all the dormies flock to it. Plus it makes it easy to achieve those ‘group research’ wants.

About the Beach lot:
