"Lynette Moore? Who the hell is that?"

"Oh, shut up, my face is on the damn thing," Lynette picks up the record, takes a closer look at the art she spent hours posing for and seconds approving. "They just want to distance me from my stage name for a while, until, uh… you know, until the heat dies down."

"Well, fine, but… that's not your name, right?" Ethel tries to take the record from Lynette's hands, but those metallic joints don't budge. "Unless I'm making a big fuc-" Ah, no, this is a very public mall. "-a big idiot of myself here. Lynette Moriyama, I only remembered because of how nice it looked on your stationery…"

A nice reminder that she picks the worst ones. Lynette shakes her head, adamantly puts the album back up on its display. "It was just a quick cover collection to keep everyone happy. The name is… it's marketing, it helps it reach a wider audience."

A distinction they'd find incredibly important is that they're not a robot- they may use robotic bodies, but Chaz themself is an AI. As are most sapient robots, truly, though they often restrict themselves to a single body. Chaz is far more opportunistic than that.

They were already in the Virtupets systems- albeit, somewhat unaware of why, but knowing that their presence surely indicated some level of importance and power. Watching the organic beings milling around on the multi-leveled station only reinforced that notion, cementing the AI's superiority. Once they discovered a series of old animatronic bodies (scattered throughout the floors of the station) which could be overtaken, to give the AI a physical form outside of virtual walls, total control of the station seemed well within their grasp. A simple activation of the emergency controls for a maintenance area and surveillance center gave Chaz an opportunity to set up shop in their own, physical section of the station, and they've been watching ever since. They know they're probably not alone in their watching, but it's at least more solitary than the ship's systems, and their party-trick of a break-in was something even an organic could manage. But Chaz is uniquely omnipresent, able to jump between bodies and floors on a whim, and should have all the tools necessary to overtake whoever they like.
