so difficult trying to write a character expressing feelings that you as the author can clearly describe and pinpoint the cause of but the character needs to be emotionally unintelligent and repressed so youre writing the them talking about it in a very unconcise way whilst you're being like brooo the character lacks so much ability to identify what they are experiencing 😞
