Anti-Niko! Nikolai "Kole" Peterson!!
I decided to experiment here and color him on paper and in ms paint. I really like how they came out!! :D
Estelle and I kinda discussed how this version of Niko would come to be back when we designed him, so here's what we have!
On Moebius, Dr. Nova (anti-Starline) is the assistant/student of Dr. Kintobor. (Who is a friendly doctor/vet in case you needed a reminder.) Nova keeps noticing Scourge and how he's an absolute menace. Kintobor won't do anything about it, preferring to just keep his head down, so Nova decides to take matters into his own hands.
Nova captures Scourge, with the intent to 'help' him. Make him a better person, not a criminal, all that fun stuff. Standard TEU practices ensue. Nova hypnotizes Scourge, you know the drill by now. Scourge is at least twice as willful as Sonic was though, so it takes longer to break him down, and his eyesight is even more destroyed as a result. Kole is practically blind without his glasses on.
So, Kole's personality! He's super emotionally repressed, aloof, and emo. He's got a massive fear of magic (specifically anarchy energy) and rule breaking. He doesn't emote a whole lot and he likes writing poetry. He also changes his quill style (my design vs. Estelle's) based on how he's feeling that day. Nova has taken him under his wing, trying to teach him about medical stuff so he can become a doctor. Kole's good at memorizing and he's got steady hands, but he's just not really into it.

Passport laws? For all of Hell or just Yaoi Central? Because it's my understanding that the passports are only needed for Yaoi Central... Unless you're talking about getting some form of work visa to allow you back into Hell after that blunder that almost happened.
