There are some fics where he gets his male teammates pregnant, but there's an unfortunate lack of material of THE MEDIC HIMSELF pregnant. It's a real shame because Medic would be absolutely euphoric the entire time, he adores defying nature with his human experimentation and would take a hell of a lot of pride in growing a baby in his own body. Not to mention Medic making himself pregnant fixes a lot of the consent issues in other TF2 mpreg material.

And Heavy would be the world's greatest father to whatever hellspawn comes out of his doctor. <3"

*Cuddling together is a rare treat for the both of you. When you both cuddle, expect the sound of soft humming or a german melody being sung under his breath.

*Medic loves to have you sitting on his lap when you both cuddle. It gives him a chance to wrap his arms around you. In this position, he can rest his chin on the top of your head.

*Sometimes you both sit in silence and enjoy the mundane scenery of the lab or the rec room. Once in a while, you will cuddle in the rec room, but for more private and emotional moments you both will cuddle in the lab.

*No one would dare to make fun of the both of you. They see how much you both mean to each other and understand that these moments are rare and few in between. Once Soldier walked into the rec room where the both of you were cuddling and insisted that he bring he brings his raccoons in for mandatory cuddling sessions.
